01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at 12 Bang, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you are confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation. These Terms apply to all users of the 12 Bang platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 12 Bang. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility

To use 12 Bang, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 12 Bang employee.

12 Bang reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account at 12 Bang. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for keeping your 12 Bang login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Account registration is free and takes approximately two minutes.
• You must verify your phone number during registration.
• 12 Bang may require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee or closure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

12 Bang processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash and Nagad. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. We do not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or any other payment method at this time.

• Minimum deposit at 12 Bang: ৳10
• Minimum withdrawal at 12 Bang: ৳100
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same bKash or Nagad number used for the deposit.
• 12 Bang does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. 12 Bang reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will contact you via the phone number registered on your account.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

12 Bang offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses at 12 Bang unless otherwise specified:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account after the stated expiry date.
• 12 Bang reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If a bonus is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify 12 Bang support. Using funds from an erroneous bonus credit may result in account suspension.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for permanent suspension.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at 12 Bang use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. This ensures that every result is genuinely random and not influenced by previous outcomes, player history, or any external factor.

Each game at 12 Bang has its own specific rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) rate. These are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. 12 Bang is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a game result is disputed, 12 Bang's server logs are the definitive record of what occurred.
• 12 Bang reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official close of betting for that round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 12 Bang platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the 12 Bang software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use 12 Bang for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 12 Bang staff or other players.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

12 Bang reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw during that period. 12 Bang will aim to complete any investigation within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to you via your registered contact details.

• If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining real money balance may be returned after deducting any bonus funds and associated winnings.
• If your account is closed due to fraud or criminal activity, all funds may be withheld pending legal proceedings.
• You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting 12 Bang support.

09 Responsible Gaming

12 Bang is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape personal problems. In all cases, 12 Bang's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

12 Bang reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via the phone number or contact details on file, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 12 Bang platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
